Krung Thep Maha Nakhon (Bangkok) is the capital city of Thailand. We love this busy and lovely city, though we can see why many people love it 👭 You need to know where to go in this big city! Besides the popular touring spots Wat Arun, Wat Pho, Lumpini Park, and the many markets, there is a large LGBT scene. Go Grrrls and Lesla Party are exciting annual lesbian parties held in Krung Thep Maha Nakhon (Bangkok).

Whenever we visit the capital, we adore staying at Lamphu House! 👩‍❤️‍👩 Situated in the touristy city center; it offers convenient access to other places via riverboat or Grab. Moreover, the food on Soi Rambuttri, where the hotel is located, is simply fantastic! 

Koh Samui

This island is excellent for a romantic getaway and family gatherings. Koh Samui has very relaxing vibes, and it is Thailand's second-largest island 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 The island boasts a plethora of luxurious resorts, making it an ideal destination for the ultimate holiday. Among our favorite lesbian-friendly hotels and resorts are W Koh Samui, Fair House, Silavadee, Four Seasons, and others.

These exceptional accommodations promise a memorable and inclusive experience for all travelers. Besides beautiful beaches and nature, there’s also great LGBT nightlife in Koh Samui 👭 One of the best cabaret shows that we have ever seen is Starz Cabaret, and Pride Bar is a cool LGBT bar to visit.

Chiang Mai

Nestled in the northern mountains, the laid-back city of Chiang Mai exudes an elegant and charm 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 Despite being Thailand's second-largest city, it maintains a welcoming small-town feel with a diverse array of offerings to suit every taste.

Koh Phangan is located near Koh Samui. Although Koh Samui is known as a romantic island, Koh Phangan is known for its crazy full-moon parties 👭 In addition to its wild side, Koh Phangan has a hippie side too. Don't forget to take a break at the lesbian-owned bar and restaurant L’Alcove, as it will be the most relaxing and lesbian vibe on the island 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 L’Alcove has excellent drinks, food, and a perfect beach view. Hotel and spa Chantaramas is another lesbian-owned place on the island.

Red Lotus Lake

This lake is a hidden gem! Not many Western tourists visit Red Lotus Lake, perhaps because it’s out of the way 👭 Don't forget to visit the Red Lotus Lake in Northeast Thailand if you have enough time and visit Thailand in December, January, or February. 

Similar to the Lantern Festival in Chiang Mai, this is also much interesting to visit. The entire lake turns pink in the winter months because of the flowers! 👩‍❤️‍👩 Just imagine a visit to a pink lake on Valentine’s Day! It would be really romantic. 

Koh Mak and Koh Kood

  Songkran is the Thai New Year. Although the celebrations tend to be longer, Songkran is always celebrated on the 13th of April. During the festival, people celebrate by throwing water at each other; lots of fun!
